SUMMER NEWSLETTER 2007 Beginning June 2007, VPOT will no longer be offering treatment or summer camps to children here at the clinic, but will continue to offer assessment and consultation services for the foreseeable future. Assessments, for the time being will be done on Friday mornings. We will remain in business but downsized, and will support the young OT’s who have built up this clinic in the last 5 years as they branch out in new directions. Rachel Kamin and Annelize Fourie have both had their babies. Annelize a boy and Rachel a girl and they are all doing very well. We miss Annelize and Rachel tremendously, their energy, kindness and professionalism and thank them for everything they have done during their employment here, both for the business and for our families. Brian Lai continues to work at the office but in his new role as Director of Sense Ability Occupational Therapy. He is looking for commercial premises and hopes to relocate in the near future. He will be offering treatment and eventually a full range of occupational therapy services to families. He can be reached at 604-518-9550. Lastly I wish to thank all the families who have brought their children to this clinic over the last 12 years and helped make it so successful. Working with you and assisting your children has been a privilege and a pleasure, leaving me with many wonderful memories and a sense of accomplishment. Warmest regards, Jane Remocker, OT, Director of VPOT |
